A $225 chef charge per station applies
All stations are $11.50 per person unless otherwise noted.

Austin Smoked Meat:
Beef brisket cooked in our pit low and slow with apple wood BBQ sauce
Vegetarian option: smoked veggie sausage
Served with an assortment of brioche buns

Pasta Station:
Penne or Farfalle with Your Choice of Rose, Tomato Basil or Cream Sauce, with Grilled Chicken, Cherry Tomato, Blanched Asparagus, Zucchini, Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms, Fresh Bread

“Tacquiera” Taco Station:
Our Delicious Steak Tacos and Chicken Tinga Tacos with Pico De Gallo, Crème Fraiche, Toma-tillo Toppings Served in Warm Tortillas

Carvery Station:
Strip Loin of Beef, Carved on Site, Served on Fresh Brioche with Horseradish, Dijon and Grainy Mustards

Poutine Station:
Our Delicious Home Made Chips with Cheese Curds, Gravy and Bacon Bits

Burrito Station
Steak, Chicken or Vegetarian Burritos
Refried Beans, Fresh Salsa, Sour Cream, Onions, Rice, Mexican Toasted Corn Salad

Grilled Cheese Station:
Assorted Cheeses and Fresh Breads for Grilling, with Sauces for Dipping

Belgian Waffle Station:
Belgian Waffles with Fresh Whipped Cream, Berries, Nutella, Banana, Whipped Butter, Maple Syrup and Jams

Poke Bowl Station:
Build your own poke bowl:
Choose your base:  white rice or mixed greens
Choose your protein:  raw tuna, fresh salmon, grilled teriyaki chicken or tofu
Choose your toppings:  edamame, corn, cucumber and/or fried onion
Choose your garnish:  nori, scallions, jalapenos, pickled ginger and/or toasted sesame seeds.
Choose your sauces:  spicy aioli, wasabi mayo, avocado puree or miso sesame soy.

Risotto Station:
Wild mushrooms risotto with Parmigiano – Reggiano prepared on site

Salad Station:
Make your own salad bar with a selection of ingredients and dressings

Between Buns Slider Station:
Beef Sliders (tender beef braised with tomatoes and chipotle)
Chicken Slider (braised chicken with ginger, teriyaki, miso
Pork Slider (Ontario pork shoulder braised with tomitilo roasted garlic, jalapeno and cilantro)
Vegetarian slider (seasonal roasted vegetables)

Take a Bao Station:
Braised all natural Berkshire pork shoulder served with Relish of dicon, carrots, hoison, and cilantro
All natural fried chicken, brined for 24 hours, seasoned with five spices and served with dicon, carrots, pickled cucumbers, cilantro and hoison
Organic fried tofu served with our secret seasoning, dicon, carrots, pickled cucumbers, cilantro and hoison

Mash-tini Station:
Three types of mashed potatoes: Sweet potato, purple potato and Yukon gold potato. Served with your choice of toppings: bacon bits, homemade gravy, caramelized onions, sautéed leeks, cheddar cheese.
Beautifully presented in a 10 oz martini glass.

Turkey-tini Station:
Butter basted turkey, turkey gravy, homemade stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, beautifully presented in a 10 oz martini glass.

Sushi Station $12.95 pp
Minimum 100 people
Assorted sushi, maki and sashimi with wasabi paste, pickled ginger and soy sauce.

Liquid Nitrogen Ice-Cream Station
Minimum 75 people
Freshly made ice cream. Choose three flavours: dulce de leche, passion fruit, raspberry, chocolate, or French vanilla
Add alcohol for a extra $5.00 pp

Selections from our Mini Tarts, Cheesecakes, Mini Cupcakes, Caramel Crème Puffs, Mini Crème Brule and More

Crepe Station (2 pp)
Made on site with your choice of toppings.
